I want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are not encouraged unless there is damage during shipping or a manufacturing problem with the item. Thank you for understanding the sensitivity in this policy.
I will gladly accept exchanges on products within 14 days of original delivery. In this case, the customer is responsible for shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. No cancellations on orders placed.
For returns, I will extend store credit for items that are returned in original condition. Custom orders, or personalized orders, cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of those items. In the case of damaged items, or items that have a defect in manufacturing, please contact me at email@example.com.
That being said, do not hesitate to send me an e-mail to have a conversation about your order if you are unhappy with it or there is a problem.
